You may not be aware of it yet, but there is a huge, new opportunity available for enterprising service technicians and small service business owners — even in an economy like this one.
Maybe even more so!

Stainless steel is beautiful until its scratched... or discolored,
or rusted or heat scorched - then what?

Most consumers have been told that they just have to live with it, that there is nothing that can be done about it! Who wants to live like that?

YOUR OPPORTUNITY IS KNOCKING - HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO INCREASE YOUR INCOME, FAST!

Now there is an effective answer to offer to the hundreds of thousands of potential customers in your service area - the Scratch-B-Gone(TM) Stainless steel restoration system.  You can be one of the first technicians in your area to receive this new Stainless Steel Restoration Course created by the pioneer of the Scratch-B-Gone technology himself, Barry Feinman. You don't have to wait until everybody else is providing this service and fighting over every dollar. Demand is pent up and you can be one of the first to take advantage of it.

IT'S THE ONLY SOLUTION TO A UNIVERSAL PROBLEM - YOU'LL BE THE HERO TO MANY, MANY PEOPLE ONCE THEY KNOW HOW YOU CAN HELP THEM SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS!

Common problems associated with Stainless steel appliance sinks, grills, elevators, etc., include:

  • Scuffs and marks
  • Scratches and gouges
  • Chemical stains from acids and chlorine-based cleaners
  • Rust and corrosion
  • Heat scorching

When you complete this course you will be able to solve these problems for residential, commercial and institutional customers. Best of all, they will be happy to pay you for your services and refer you to their friends!  Service calls for a single surface restoration average $185 to $225.

Multiple surfaces on one call will increase total income per visit. Some graduates recoup the cost of this training program in two or three calls.

Here's what one of our recent training course students told us recently.

"Dear Barry and Ron, I wanted to thank you so much for the Scratch B Gone course.  I have only had the course for a week and have already made enough to cover the cost of the course and put $300 in my pocket all from one job. A home remodelers  crew had scratched every appliance in the kitchen.  Sink from the tile installers, cook top from the granite installers and the refrigerator and ovens from the day to day activities.  6 appliances from one job.  I absolutely love this course.  In an economy like ours everyone is looking to save a buck and restoration is the answer.  I cannot recommend this course enough. Stop thinking and purchase it.  You will make your money back in no time.  I look forward to your other restoration courses in the future.

Thanks, Derek (January, 2009) "

We caught another recent SSR1 course graduate at a trade association meeting and he gave us this interview:

[This interview was with Al Spaet, a stone restoration company owner serving the Los Angeles, CA area.]

Ken: What are your thoughts about the course now that you have taken it?

Al: I haven't done but two jobs with it, but being a former school teacher and an educator, I found that the training manual was the most complete training manual on any subject I have ever come across. The two DVDs were so complete that there was a zero learning curve when we did our first job.

I've been in the stone restoration business since 1986 and this is the first thing in 20 plus years that we have ventured outside of stone to do. This business opportunity was recommended to me by a friend of many years who is also in the high-end stone restoration business, as I am.

At the time I really knew nothing about Stainless steel so I did some investigating.  I called Sub Zero and pretended to be a customer with a scratch on my refrigerator and I said, "What do I do about it?" They gave me a phone number to call and find out about the Scratch-B-Gone method of Stainless steel restoration.  I asked them, "How do you know it works?" And she said, "Because I've done it." Apparently Barry Feinman had just done a training with the Sub Zero call center team members and explained how it worked and gave them each the opportunity to use the process themselves in taking out scratches.

I was very encouraged to find out that I was being told the truth about this new industry opening up and the opportunities I had to make money with the Scratch-B-Gone system. That is not always the case out there with people who are pitching business opportunities!

Ken: Now that you've done a couple of jobs, how valuable do you think the course was?

Al: Does the word 'invaluable' make sense to you? There was no learning curve!  We watched the videos twice and read the manual twice. My first job was a cook top, a recessed oven and a refrigerator.  Because the job went so quickly, I threw in the dishwasher at no extra charge. I made a hundred and seventy dollars an hour, which to me was very pleasant work. I'm sure that down the road it will go much faster, but I wanted to go slowly and carefully so that there wouldn't be any call backs or problems with the first job and everyone would feel comfortable with it.

I didn't have to worry about whether or not it was safe to work on any of these appliances, because I had the Tru-Metal test strip that came in the course materials. I didn't have to worry about anything. I just followed the directions in the book and the DVDs and it worked exactly as I had expected. I had practiced on an old Stainless steel sink and a folding towel cabinet in my warehouse to see how it worked and if it was all that it was promised to be. And it was.

Ken: How difficult did you find it to sell this service as an add on to what you are doing now?

Al:  Well the first one was a no-brainer because it was a referral for a woman who wanted someone to do the Scratch-B-Gone repair for her. She didn't want to do it herself.  I went out to see her, looked at the job, told her what we could do and what we couldn't, what it would cost, and then gave her a contract (which she signed on the spot). We scheduled a time the next week to do the job.

The second job was even more fun. I went out to see a customer that had a lime stone bathroom that was trashed. As we were walking back to the door I  looked in the kitchen and noticed a lot of Stainless steel appliances.  So I asked her if she had any Stainless steel that had any problems.  She grabbed me by the arm and dragged me into the kitchen and showed me the backsplash and bullnose on a very expensive slide-in oven. It was a 'slam dunk!' We went ahead and did the repair and she was thrilled. I was doubly pleased because the job cost me virtually nothing to do because we were already there doing the bathrooms. There are always down times when you have to let something dry or set up and we just moved into the kitchen and used that otherwise wasted time to do the Stainless steel repairs. It was 'found money' as far as I was concerned. It was like someone tucked a couple of hundred dollar bills in my wallet and said, "Thanks for visiting!"
